 In 2003, the Thuringowa City Rebels Soccer Club celebrated its 30th Anniversary with a range of activities attended by both past and present members and people from all of the twin cities.

 Since then however, a new era has commenced, with the relocation of the clubhouse and grounds to its new home at Greenwood Park, on Thuringowa Drive. 

 The Club always has had a very strong membership with a current count of 45 junior teams, (under 6 through to and including under 16) registered with the Townsville Football.  We also offer Fillies and Colts (16-17 yrs) teams, a Ladies team and Senior Men Teams in their respective competitions.

 The Junior Football Season officially commences in early March every year, with games taking place at the Townsville Football Association's grounds at Brolga Park in Murray and concludes with a Grand Final Day mid September.  Senior games also take place here but predominantly at home grounds throughout the year.
